As Customer Service you will help our clients with all of their health insurance related needs. You will communicate with agents, clients, clinics, and insurance carriers to find solutions for their specific problems. Our clients mostly speak Spanish and English.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Customer service experience (1-2 years)

• Organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills

• Problem solver

• Success-driven attitude
